Marlon Dale's careful management of the construction of our homes is a defining force behind the quality homes Milton is known for. He ensures that projects are completed on time and to the exacting standards that Milton's buyers demand.. He is a graduate of the Business Management and Construction Project Management programs at New York University and began his building career in Manhattan.
Given the importance that Milton attaches to customer service it has created a senior position to address this key role in the company. Gina Braun comes to Milton after a successful marketing career in New York and is committed to keeping clients satisfied and happy. Gina is the client's principal contact for scheduling and follow-up during every step of the construction process as well as for all after sale service items. Her organization and quick response make communication simple and ensure that client requests are attended to promptly and professionally.
Marybeth Woods is a licensed architect with over 15 years of experience in residential design, Marybeth focuses her work exclusively on designing high-end residential homes in Fairfield County. Relying on clean lines, simple forms, and polished details, Marybeth takes traditional elements and fuses them with modern details to create crisp, elegant spaces. The result is homes that are functional, livable, and enduring. Marybeth received her architectural degree from Cornell University.
Milton supervises some MILTON Development projects and works with sub-contractors to ensure every single construction detail meets the designer's and client's expectations. Known for his accountability and meticulous management style, Milton is on every job site multiple times a day. With 8 years of experience in construction management, he has overseen the development of a wide variety of luxury renovations and custom homes. (And, his name just happened to be Milton!)
Tim has spent the last 27 years in the residential home building industry. He has been managing the construction of luxury properties in Fairfield County since 1995. As a master carpenter, he learned all aspects of home building and has drawn on that knowledge and experience to create a team construction approach. Tim coordinates all the tradesman onsite to help each other reach the high standards set forth by the design team and clients— a system and philosophy that yields top notch results. Tim's organization skills, attention to the detail and good demeanor, help to make each project a successful one.

Milton provides everything you need to visualize and design your dream home all under one roof. With thousands of samples to review from plumbing fixtures and tiles to built-ins and trim details, you will be able to make your selections efficiently without having to spend your time visiting multiple suppliers.
